Shipping Scam
Dear Sir/Madam:
I want to report an incident that I
believe is definitely creditable news, because I speak as a victim of
Unchecked Liberian Shipping Business Scam (Referencing one Justin Yelegon). By providing awareness
and information
to our folks who periodically ships to Liberia
with some of these crooked Liberians posing as shipping business owners, but
in reality are scam artists duping many vulnerable people, as myself. I
am appealing to your fine institution to investigate such practices
inside and outside of Liberia. We must not relent to expose these
corrupt behaviors, which are helping to derail economic progress in our country. We must break their cycle and have them brought to justice for their
wrong doings. Attached is sequence of communications related to this claim. If
you have any question or need additional information, contacts,
receipts, etc., please do not hesitate to contact me via email or phone number, jajaband@yahoo.com or 763-923-3309.
Thank
you for your assistance.
Kind regards,
LTMcCritty

Hi Adolphus,
Hey look, I need you to do me a favor... tackle an urgency. You know we don't
have money to work hard and waste in this America, heh?! I sent Mamie 4 (four)
U- Haul big boxes full of things, which should have been shipped in June to
reach before July 26, 2009 by this Gio guy from Minnesota, named Justino
Yelegon, (his ph#: 6-959958), who was recommended by my brother-in-law.
Now, this guy keeps telling Mamie the things on its way coming. Once he told
her to go pick them up, when they went there, they wasted money transportation
and time to be disappointed again and again by him. This Yelegon fellow picked
the stuff from my place himself & charged $1000! On the spot, I paid $600
as down payment. He went to Lib, then later, he said he left the boxes in the
warehouse to be shipped, whereby he had convinced me he was taking them
himself to reach before the July 26th. Mind you, he has received two or more
other shipments since, without my products included! Moreover, he's been
trying to get Mamie to pay him the balance before she receives the material,
but I told him, hell no... And she’s not to do that. I sent Mamie a balance
$300. She and Madina are to add $100 to release the boxes, but he keeps dog
dancing them around. When I called him about a couple of months ago for the
first time since he left here, after learning that he had them go on that
dissatisfying pick up trip, I blasted at him & threatened to sue him if we
didn't get those things by October 31, 2009, (the date he set after I
pressured him to confirm the shipment receipt time). I called him last week
for the second time. As again, he had another sleazy excuse going "Oh,
your things coming. I got my friend to ship your things in his
container." This implies to me, he will not have them on the date
previously set and or he's continuing to play his "stealing game". I
am learning, after the fact that this fellow has similar conflicts with other
people.
Look, I am very upset here. I beg you Adolph, you Mamie & Mardina must
pressure this guy till he literally vomits every box he has for us or else you
all must sue him over there immediately after Oct. 31st. When he ever returns
here to the USA, I am welcoming him with a lawsuit... I'm suing his ass again
for all my losses! Please help Mom get those products in good condition;
that’s if he even has them anymore. This is the way I was trying to help
Mamie generate money to sustain her well-being and to assist in the rebury of
Daddy, who was dug out of his grave by robbers, too. Take this letter to
court, too. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
LTMcC.

Hey Tombo.
This says that
you've been hit by a Smooth Criminal.
These things happen to many people here. I called the guy today and he
started dancing around with me too. So I told him that if Aunt Dolly
doesn’t receive her goods by the 31st he will be picked up and jailed.
I am sure you will not get those boxes man. They have a racket here
where their relatives pose to be in the shipping business, take
un-suspecting people goods, send it here and open up flee market with
the people's things. Then they give the real owners the run-around, and
finally claim the goods as being lost. Trying to prosecute them here is
a big joke and waste of money. You have to pay the judges, and police
officers to go after your case, or it’s dead. Then even if you pay,
and they get arrested, you must provide food for the criminals or else
they would be set free. This the criminals know all too well so they
don’t care, it’s all going to boil down to nothing in the end. ONE
good piece of advice to you and all those you know.... There are a bunch
of crooks in that Minnesota, and they
all are in the goods shipping business... Do not Deal with Any
Unrepeatable People, Period!!!!!!!

Bro Mo,
Man, you got me literally throwing up!!!!!!!!! MAD ;( You have raised my
pressure even more now! What did he exactly tell you?! If possible, whenever
you talk to him again or come face to face with him, you all need to record
him or video something for me to add to my suit. My hope is that this, as you
have explained, is not the case. However, if so, this makes this guy my number
one greatest enemy in my existence and I will fight him to the end! Just do
your parts on that side for me please and keep me abreast. Madina (ph#
6-669955) knows his office. You all please get to call him and or go there in
early November with an arrest warrant and let me know the out come. I hear his
family is here, so I'm going to attack the situation from this side too. I'll
get with my brother-in-law to go with me to confront his wife. If no result, I
will file my lawsuit immediately, so if he ever returns I can deal with him.
