My name is Elliott Kiadii.
I have not seen nor heard
anything from my father in
almost 11 years. I even
wear his name! I am a
second year broadcast
journalism student at
Florida A&M
University. These past
couple of years have been
very hard on my mother and
I.
I wish that there
was some kind of way I
could get in contact with
him. My mother just got
omitted for ovarian
cancer. She was very
blessed to go through the
treatment and still be
alive. But the cancer can
still arise at anytime and
if it does according to
doctors she will past. I
do not want to lose both
my parents even though it
seems like I have already
lost one for whatever
reason.
Because of my mother's
condition I pay for my
college tuition out of my
very own pocket. I do not
receive financial aid at
all, and I have never
received child support
from my father. I just
wish and pray that he
could help me pay for
school and maybe even a
car so I can go back and
forth from Tallahassee and
Orlando, Florida where
I formerly reside to check
up on my mother.
